Idyllic Setting

This is the second time we’ve been to stay at Jan`s apartment, its just perfect for us as you have a perfect sea view and to the left the mountains

The balcony gets the sun from sunrise till about 4 in the afternoon There’s a good kitchen if you prefer to eat in and/or lots of good restaurants to eat at in Burriana. The apartment has everything you need, the bed is very comfy and plenty of hanging space. Jan has been up front with everything and never fails to be anything but very helpful.

Fantastic stay!

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment. It’s very easy to find and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and trouble-free holiday. In particular the wow factor when you first walk in and see the view is incredible; watching the sunrise to the east each day was really stunning. It takes about five minutes to walk down to the beach and then another five or so to make your way over to the town and Calle Los Huertos where you’ll find the start of all the bars and shops and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation and can’t wait to return!

Lovely apartment & amazing views!

First impressions were excellent with the apartment spotlessly clean and the view out to sea from the balcony really is breathtaking. The grounds are so pretty to walk through and we enjoyed stopping by the lake and looking for the terrapins. The whole complex is extremely well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Perfect location apartment

Apartment is situated perfectly, the view is amazing, 5
minutes down to the beach by steps within beautiful maintained gardens, beach has many bars and restaurants to cater all needs. Nerja Town is approx a 20-25 minute walk. Jan was very helpful, apartment easy to
access, clean and well equipped, perfect for a couple, felt safe throughout our duration and the area is quiet at night and day. Would certainly stay again when we return to Nerja, thank you Jan!
